From application to bringing your dog home typically takes 1-2 weeks. We review applications within 24 hours, schedule meet & greets within 3-5 days, and complete home visits shortly after.
Absolutely! We require a meet & greet before finalizing any adoption. This allows you and your family to spend time with the dog and ensure it's a good match. You can meet multiple dogs if needed.
Yes! Many of our dogs are great with children. Each dog's profile indicates their compatibility with kids. We carefully match dogs to families based on the dog's temperament and your household situation.
We offer a 30-day adjustment period. If things aren't working out, we'll take the dog back and provide a full refund. We also offer behavioral support to help with the transition. Your dog's wellbeing is our priority.
Yes, we adopt to approved homes within a 200-mile radius. For exceptional matches, we may consider longer distances. We can arrange transport and conduct virtual home visits when necessary.
